you dont reall have to do much.. untune your edges under your feet and u can wax them sometimes but u dont have to... keep your base flat. if u hit a rock or something and a piece of your base is sticking up, file it down or something.

i know how u feel, i dislocated my shoulder the third day skiing, so now i have to ice it and physical theropy and stuff. im still skiing but i have to be careful. it jsut sucks, so i know how u feel man!

i wish i had double tips on my skis! i always get caught with my 210 straight skis when i try going reverse!
