Just tell him you've got some high grade uranium for him in the humvee... Seriously though, if I was being offered like 10 million to bring him in, there's nothing that would stop me... i'd hire some marines or delta force squads to help out or something

A good place to go is China White... or so it used to be called.... nice atmosphere and everything. A few other good places would be MTL (pretty expensive, and you gotta be dressed up but there's always a good party there), and Zaphods... pretty chill atmosphere and everyone is friendly there.

Rebel is right.... that did exist for about 20 years or so. Section 1211 was taken out of the Code of Federal Regulations in 1991. An announcement in the 1991 code says that the section was removed '...since it has served its purpose and is no longer in keeping with current policy.'

Tiger Woods 2002 is pretty good, and 2003 is out now. Final Fantasy X, Dynasty Warriors 3, Gran Turismo Aspec, Frequency, Vice City and Socom. Those are some of my favourite games...
