If you're interested in custom skis (that will not be free), a friend and I are building a 40 ton lamination press. We've designed it from the ground up to engineering standandards that are not just like your friend who bought a lot of c-clamps and some material. We'll be order-ready most likely by this upcoming Fall pending no catastrophic failures.
We're trying to keep it in Seattle for now and both do this as a side hobby but aren't completely opposed to sending. I'll be uploading samples as they come up.
