    Anyone been around Kootenay Pass/WH20 area lately? Working in No. Idaho April 26th and was wondering how the upper Elv. holds snow that late. Should I pack touring gear or hiking boots..

    Jay peak and killington in Vermont say they have about 50 or so inches so far total and a base of about 20 inches each ... killington also boasts 61 open trails but that mainly includes little conecting trails and upper/middle/lower *whatever* as three open trails

    yea id say the chronics there allitle past your price range just for the ski but i got em for the same exact reasons as you but im alot smaller ... my setup with px 12's came out to be just at 500 but i got some nice discounts... if you go to porterstahoe.com you can get them for 404 just pm...

    ok well thanks for the good replies and heres what i have so far... i have about 3/4 amount of needed screws already as well as braces, topsheet, and top platform.... for drop in angle i knew 45 was to steep but i didnt have any other sketch yet or anything so i was thinking low 30's 28...

    well ive been skiing for quite awhile on volks ect. for all mt but im lookin in to the park more now. im stuck but leaning heavily towards the chronics but a new deal on the walls has arose. Im 5'4 113 expert all mt, little experience in park, probably will go 65% all mt or 60% all mt and 35/40...
