    One more thing. Always mount them a little forward, doesn't matter what your style of skiing is. A good guide line is to find the center of the running surface and put the ball of your foot on it. Do this with your boots on.

    No Helmets

    I'm 33 and back in the day no one was wearing helmets. I must admit that it is better to wear a helmet if your skiing some difficult terrain with alot of rocks, trees and cliffs.

    What Boots do you ski on?

    Pro Model Gun Spaceframe. Perfect Fit. Lots of padding in the shins and shock absorbers in the heel. STOMP ALL DAY!! If you can afford it. Its a $600 pair of boots.

    I see CR Johnson ripping up big mountains lately. Also, a 12 year old does'nt have the strength to handle big mountains. And another thing those little kids can't afford to ski big mountains they have to go to school. So they stay local.

    1080 Foils - surprise skis of the year

    I use 1080 Guns and it's real easy to spin through the air on those skis. I'm 195lbs. I may seem heavy but I'm 6'5" tall. I feel pretty light on my feet. Hucking is easy on 1080 guns. If I want to just rip it hard without spins or grabs then I'll use my K2 Recons.
