I'd suggest standard line, this way you will have enough tip length, lesser tip length will decrease your high end speed.

BC is more of a softer more powder ski. The PE stiffer able to rip anything at speed(Just lacks alittle width). Now last years stiffer BC is the tits.Stiff for speed and width for the pow. Your the same wt and ht. as me and I rip AM with the 179 06 PE. The Scratch is softer I found it to soft to support me safely at speed.It would fold on me when in variable conditions, no support the ski would flex too much instead of fighting back.
