Is Copper going to host the US Open again this year? Having attended the last few years both when it was at Vail and at Copper, I fellt that it wasn't run very well at Copper the last couple of years. Any thoughts?

Props to former MI skiers Mike Hornbeck and Dane Grashuis for making it into US Open semis Slpestyle and Joyn Cyrilik into Superpipe. There may have been others, props to them to.

Is there a list of US Open Competitiors?

Will there be a Vermont Open this year, and if so, where? Stratton? Mount Snow?

Looks like these guys are representing the Midwest well. Dane Grashuis winning Last Park Standing, Cyrulik comming in second, Hornbeck killing it all over. These guys have come a long way.

That's sad. I think that the guys who build the jump should be the first to go and test it. Maybe that is done, I don't know.

That was horrific. He is lucky to be alive. As an EMT I have seen people take lesser of a hit and die. Saw him at the first US Open when he was 14. Outstanding! My concern is that when jumps are made, especially this big of a gap, is there any engineering going on? Calculation of speed...
