So I'm tired of skiing on a 10" base in the PNW and I have a mountain collective pass so I want to go somewhere next weekend (2/6-2/8). I know the forecast doesn't look too great and bases aren't great elsewhere, but I'm going. Where should I go?

Just saw that it was delayed again due to the shootings in France. As terrible of a tragedy as that was and RIP to all the victims, I still feel like it was kind of an excuse to delay the release... again.

I always knew that Solomon and Atomic were part of the same company, but I didn't realize that both of them and some others like arc'teryx were all owned by amer sports. K2 owns K2 (duh), Line, BCA, Full Tilt, and some others. What other big conglomerates are out there?

A little about me: 6'2", 17, 170 lbs, advanced skier. I ski primarily at alpental and crystal in wa. I have a pair of 189 pettitors that I use for pow days/whenever there's fresh snow. Right now I also have some 179 kung fujas, but I'm just not loving them. For one they feel a little short...

So what I've always done is upload pictures to my media and then embed it into the thread, but lately the images are really small, like 90x90. I know when I upload them to my media they're a lot bigger than that...

Anyone tried it? Is it worth the extra $45?
