    Getting back into the jam after ACL surgery

    I had my ACL surgery last year on December 25 and the new season is rolling around and I’m just wondering if there’s any advice or do’s or dont’s when getting back into it? Just a little nervous because I don’t want to do anything to injure myself again. Any tips from some ACL surgery veterans ?

    Cork 5——>7

    If you do a cork 5 and quickly do one more 180, is it still a cork 7? What do you call that , because your not actually doing a normal cork 7.
