So i have bought alpha 1's and they are a good and stabile ski but the tails are a bit to stiff for my taste, and ive noticed that some pros handflex thier new skis... will it make my alphas softer of i flex them?

I've got a good deal on any CRJ's, but the problem is that they are mounted with Mark Griffon, and I wonder if I'm too much them. The skis are 188 and I'm 6'3 and 170 pounds, and I see myself as a aggressive skiier. Will the griffons handle me? Sorry for my bad english. Thanks.
