I just got a rode videomic and was watching some edits on NS, the audio was amazing.What are some ways i can get clear audio and make distinctive in my edits without distorting it with raising the gain?

Trying to dial in my flycam; watching these edits with super steady footage makes me wonder how can I make my shots so steady with my stedicam?Do you guys have any advice for getting the perfect shot on a stedicam?

Has anyone used this pants? Should I buy them or something else? Let me know what you think about them.
