thats strange that K2 wouldnt notice it since they own line and ride... thats a pretty big screw up not to notice

gonna be center mounted so its gonna ski a lot shorter 171 would fine you could even bump up to 178 and be ok

Dude you should go with either the chronics or the K2 extremes which are very similar skis made by the same company. The extreme is more all mountain oriented like the PE and the chronic is softer and more of a park ski but they are both pretty similar skis. and they both rip pretty hard

aww i hate to see the PEs get so much hate on this thread. kinsidering probably more than half of NS has owned or ridden the PEs. I personally loved my PEs, but i guess theres a reason so many people didnt like them. Anyways my least favorite skis were, hands down, my 05 scott P3s. the worst ski...

JJ's, hellbents, ep pros, bibbys. all great skis if all your doing is jibbing go hellbents are ep pros

hopefully you can find a pair better than that get some bindings that are several years and have like a din of 11 and crank them all the way up

no less than 179 is touching the snow like i said the rocker is pretty big, it has a 100 or so of sidecut

lizzies are a more park specific ski not a great i dea if you want them to ski powder

go to a local ski awap or a store and ask them, or buy some from an outlet online, your not going to get a really good binding for 50 dolars

dude to bad about price but chronic in its biggest size would be your best choice all the other skis are pretty soft and your a big guy. you definatly need the stiffness. as for the binding px 12 might be fine but cause your size personaly i would bump up to a 16 din binding

just remember with the rocker it is not going to be like skiing that length. the 179 comes out to like a 184 but its gonna feel way shorter than that cause a lot of the ski is not even touching the snow, if all you are skiing is trees 179 should be perfect but going on bigger lines I would go...

dude 179 are fine for you. i would even look at the 189 because there are so many smaller people that absolutley rip on th 189. They ski a lot shorter in the park because of the rocker youll be fine with either 179 or 189 in my opinion havinig ridden both on a demo pair they were the best ski...
