Top of west side of Berthoud Pass just before dropping into the chutes

yeah no shit... i was looking at getting avy gear for next year so i can do the really crazy shit off the west side where no one goes but those beacons are three hundred bucks!!! dammit.

yeah, a beacon is way out of my price range. i do carry the other things though. be safe!

Ive been in a slide, and have had to rescue before. A beacon is for sure a vital piece of gear. Dont fuck around if you dont have one. If you do, by all means, you are after all the master of your own fate. <br />
