Its off piste, but the avalanche risk was only a 2, the snowpack was extremely stable, and guides told us it was fine, but just to be careful. I guess normally that chute is one of the most avalanche prone ones on the mountain, but that day there was minimal sluff. Trust me, if their wasn't ideal conditions, we wouldn't have been there.
