it took a long exposure and it was bouncing around with that light in front of it(i think)

yeah, even if it was digital, i bet it was a long exposure. They do that even if you dont tell them with some cameras if you set the resolution high.

alot of mid quality digitals do that if your moving them around really fast and they take a picture, i got rid of mine because it was too slow, but it was also nowhere near high end
