Trying to start up a skimboarding apparel and lifestyle company this summer let me know if you have any imput or intrest in skimboarding.

Skimboarding is not really a new new sport but its new compared to surfing and its starting to gain the momentem it needs to really take off as a sport but it has some bumps in the road to over come. there are no big sponser companies and it needs some. i figure that since newschool sking was has really gained a lot in the past 10 years that skimboarding might learn a few lessons from how the sport developed and really got on its feet.
wow steevie ur smart lol and for those us who dont get to ski year round have other hobbies. and i know for a fact im not the only one on Newschoolers who skims.
yea man definitely a good idea to get some input on this site, steevie has no idea what hes talkin about. I know that here on the east coast we can't ski year round, so in the summer im surfing as much as possible. Never got too in to skimming, but its definitely a sick sport and i really enjoyed the when I did it a few years ago. good luck looks sick
the 'real' skimboarding is blowing up around me, and i'm liking what i see. tons of kids are taking it to the waves and just killing it now instead of just 8 year olds running and sliding on the sand. i don't do it, but repsect to those who can and it's def something fun for EC summers when we get no surf and just shorebreak.
