Spatula drawing (reversed sidecut vs. regular sidecut)

Spatula drawing (reversed sidecut vs. regular sidecut)
what that makes no sense, in there u siad the spatula had the waist widest then u said the tip was widest. Normal skis have there tips the widest. the spatula is like a surf board with the tip being skinny.

someone else said the waist was widest...i thought the tip was, i dont know which it is....but my point remains...you can have reverse sidecut on a ski with the tip widest

oh, and the surf board thing was just a metaphor used to describe the edge shape...they're still like 130 mm in the tip...not pointy

ok, well the real spatula ski is widest at the waist.
with the ski drawing you have at the bottom, the side cut is no different then a normal ski really, the only thing that is different is that the skis tail would be thinner than the waist. the bottom drawing is basically a magnified version of the top part of the ski in the top drawing.

exactly...the tail is thinner than the waist...but look at the curve on it...it's still reverse sidecut, it curves in...what it really is, is the second pic (the one on the right) but just the bottom half of it....i thought that the bottom one is what the spatula actually was, but i've been told it's the one on the right...hope this drawing clears stuff up

What the hell are you guys talking about?
Waist, my waist is a 31.
I have skis... cool... can I be in on the conversation.
