just go slower man, i think most of those could have been fixed by going slower. and even if your going slow enough to not make it to the end of the box, its better than looping out going as fast as you were.
yea, you are probably going to ruin yourself. If I was you I would go to one of the windells camps or something. In the long run it will be cheaper than the medical bills for a blown out knee or dislocated shoulder.
