Thats snowflex, what we have to put up with here in the UK. I think the angle of the photo makes it confusing though. Thats a rail on the edge of a snowflex slope. The green stuff behind the rail is actually at ground level, its not a part of the rail at all, just something soft to land on if you fall. On another note I cant see why you guys dont have artificial slopes in the US. They would be awesome for summer training and great if the nearest mountain is 6 hours away. Someone is gonna make big bucks in the US by building some of those artificial mummas. Take my word for it.
