yeah i really don't think it matters what hand or ski you use to grab.

when i do phils i grab my right ski under my boot and cross it over the top of my left ski. thats the way i originally saw it done so thats the way i do it. but yea everybody has different ways

guys, thats just a crossed safety, on a phils, you grab your booth that is on top during the cross with the same side hand
