was the only ski magazine that I actually cared about and subscribed to. surprised no one was able to effectively take them over, but maybe it's just that the internet made magazines pretty obsolete in general.
matty, i have always believed that someone did buy them out, and they shut that shit down... thats what competitors do. they would never tell anyone cause it would be bad pr. im sure there was a secrecy clause in the contract. transworld would never shut down a growing operating magazine for another four wheeler mag...logic can make any company transparent. if someone started using the name freeze, you would find out who owns the name, and if im wrong, no one does.
that 2000-2001 folder must be gold -- will you up the ad of someone (I think it's Evan Raps) stalling on a tree in that folder if you come across it? That's one of the first newschool shots I can remember.
