Yes I tell this to a lot of people this. Try to wind to the waist and make the pop and spin the same motion
 
With 360s I think the most common mistake is over winding the upper body. It looks like you are getting off balance and off axis because you are doing just this. I struggled for months getting threes around and I have spent a lot of time studying the nuances. Make sure you really stand up coming off the jump and pop hard. Much of the spin comes from the pop of your knees. Try tucking your legs up in the air until you can get used to the timing of it all. Then try some big T set 3s and just focus on popping with your knees.
 
I noticed you sometimes are looking down mid rotation which will throw you off axis, always try to keep your head up and don’t spot your landing till the end, it will help.
