30d, sigma dg macro hsm 70-200 1 : 2.8 apo, set at about 75.

backdrop was a busted blind ( white seamless material) pinned into the corner of my room. "flash" was a flood light jammed into a microphone stand coming down from the upper right corner. i also had a lamp pointing up from the left across to the right, that lamp has the shade removed, and a tinfoil cone/bowl in place, to amplify and project the light in a tighter pattern. hope that clears things up
