I race.. and both times I've blown my ACL the skiis have come off, then again it was in SG where I was going 100km/h. The other surgeries were for cartilage, infection, and compression fractures in the tibial plateau and femoral condiles. The bindings atomic send me go from 10-18, they work just fine.
