That's a sweet shot, did you just use the flash, and get her to sit completely still? I've never tried anything like this, looks like you used a tripod?
nono its nothign insane, well the lighting was really weak so i set my camera to take in all the light it could, that made it have a slow shutter speed. but the main thing was i set my focuz to .5 metres so everythign behidn her was blurry plus they were moving so it came out really blurry , and no i didint use a tripod.
