Isn't this taken from another photo set? There's a really famous photo from exactly the same night at the same place I believe, and it was taken a number of years ago.
If you actually think that is just one single picture then I feel bad for you. To have the fireworks bursting at their peak, catching multiple lightning strikes at their peak, and having perfect exposure while having the correct shutter speed to capture the lightning yet a slower shutter to exaggerate the fireworks all at the same time is far from reality. This is multiple photos taken in the same frame and then put togethor. But if i'm wrong.. my bad.
