seward Dec 31, 1969 ok so whats the deal with tail and nose presses do you want to get on to the rail with just that part of your ski. or do you get on normally and then slowly start to slide to your tips or tails? thanks

B B bob_dole Dec 31, 1969 for me i just jump right onto the front part of my skis...give a lil then start standing on my toes to balance it out...this one isnt a good example

quebecfreestyler Dec 31, 1969 jump like if the rail was 1/2 foot beside it's actaul position an look at the en of the rail while bending your upper body to the max. bending the knees make it looks better but also makes it 999 times harder for nose press. it's the opposite on a tail press tho
