So i got new boots last winter that actually fit me right (the old pair was about 2-3 sizes too big). i was very stoked and went out as soon as i could. new boots + long day + big jumps = a bruised toe. it was march before the nail fell off, and july until the new nail was completely regrown. im bored, and thought you might like to be grossed out.
