i just learned it on my own last night. i could have tooke my time and did something good but i just wanted to learn how to animate things to start. so expect some decent flash stuff soon!
go file>export>export movie. then when the window opens go down the list of filetype options and choose animated gif then save. at least that how it is in mx 2004. i dont know i just got this recently and finally sat down and learned how to do a simple animation last night.
it saves you from having to draw out every frame, basicaly you draw the first frame, click down on the timeline, and you draw the last frame and insert motion tween, and it'll draw an arrow and it'll move the picture you have to what ever you have at the end, idk can't remeber exactly but thats the basic idea
