Jesus man.. It's horrible how easy things can go wrong, luckily the worst thing I have ever done is break 4 ribs.

flips are so scary..i know i could do a backflip but when i think about doing it, its either that pops into my head or or i get stuck upside..they just dont seem worth it to me...
