there are dozens of different ways to get ur chest or stomack pierced. go to ur local piercer and talk to them. mine were done with dermal anchoring. there is a little barbell under my skin, it acts like a nostril screw and anchors in. my skin tissue grows around this and it becomes permanent.a very quick and easy piercing. now i have 14 piercings, and 1/2in lobes. bod mods are huge for me
