How to backside surface swap

How to backside surface swap
if you can exaggerate a lip on, then you can lip 2 if you sack up. Learned them last year and ended up with them both ways because they are seriously all about confidence. I know I didnt explain much, but if you cant figure out the rest of how to lip 2 on, then you might not be ready..

But I'll mention a few things:

-come in at a bit of an angle, but give yourself as much space as you can comfortably handle from the rail. I usually go about 2 feet or so to the outside of the rail to give my tails plenty of time to clear it.

-lift your knees instantly and point your noses down instantly after the pop. This is already covered if you can exaggerate a normal lip on.

- airtime is your friend. Disaster lip 2's are much easier than normal ones simply because it is very similar to a 3 in many respects ( you just land on the rail at 270 and quickly come out to forward at the end of the rail). Disasters obviously have a much higher risk, but if you are comfortable, and confident, or the rail is very low to the ground, or there isn't much to catch your tails on, I suggest learning them on a mellow disaster-able rail.

-Trusting yourself- in Lip 2's you are blind for a majority of the trick. You just need to trust your body and your trick set to pull that 2 around.

-Set the trick reasonably hard. I have fallen on underrotated lip 2s and overrotated lilp 2s. I can say without question that eating it switch sucks way more than doing a 3 where you can either 50-50 the rest of the rail, zeach the rail, push yourself off the rail, or atleast see the pain you are about to experience from eating shit and getting your arms in front of you.

Biggest tip to landing lip 2's is GROW SOME BALLS SON AND SEND THAT SHIT. I have done lip 2's onto all types of rails, and the biggest secret is seriously trusting in yourself. and confidence.

To practice how to angle yourself and body position for lip 2's, I suggest that you practice them on a flat box with a flat lip that is reasonably wide (the lip), come up to the box as if it were urban, (the box is completely to the side of you when you leave the lip of the ramp) and lip 2 on without the chance of catching your tails. I learned the hard way that this is much easier than learning with an actual urban rail.
