pop/set trick, do trick, spot landing, and then widen your feet before you land. also try to lift up your legs a little while in the air.. and try to have better hand placement.

i had the same troubles when i was learning 3's, a really simple way to land more forward is right when you take off from the lip, lean your body a little more forward then you usually would when skiing. that helped me a lot when i first learned them, but after a while it just becomes automatic.<br>
