I got it!! The 'badass on the tricycle' stranded the stoner kid in the middle of the pond with nothing but high-tech stilts and a walking stick, swearing that he'll leave him out there til he gets money for a REAL hog. I'd be willing to contribute, too. The stoner kid looks like he's gettin the munchies.
