^how can you even say 'look like 1080's'?? all that you can determine from this pic is that they are twin tips...maybe, if you were to learn the height of the rail, then go and measure very carefully the height of the tips compared to the rail height then maybe, you could say that they are 1080's...but guess what, i highly doubt that you did that
