Fully severed my acl and tore my medial and lateral meniscus. I got surgery three months after this video was taken. I had a patella graft to replace my acl that scarred to my pcl, my medial meniscus was stitched and my lateral meniscus had 30% removed. This is the backflip that wrecked it.
