you untucked / started to lean back a bit too early (around 3/4 of the way). if you set it harder you can afford to do so but you didn't throw hard enough. try it again, you'll stomp it for sure
you kinda lost it in the air. you have to fully commit to it and dont stop spinning. it helps if you push forward with your arms, spot your landing, and then tuck for the flip. that way is much easier than just tucking down<br>
