cutout filter? try something original man, you have to pull some magic shit on that shot to make it any better, its such a fucking illin shot to begin with...
thats definetely not just a cutout filter. it was all hand done. I know it looks like that but if u just put a cutout filter on this pic it looks like crap.
ill put ten bucks on that is a cutout filter. I really could care less which way you did it...but that is cutout filter, i know photoshop, i've probably been using it longer than you...thats cutout. pen tool doesnt give you those jagged edges in which is some sort classified as a vector drawing...but which still isn't because its still a rastered shape. Your telling me you used pen tool on that? Nope, thats a joke. Cutout.
i dont know what the pen tool is, i just used the polygon lasso tool and highlighted an area and hit fill and did that everywhere. but seriously, put this pic in photoshop and put a cutout filter on it and then tell me what it looks like. It looks like shit, trust me.
LOL...i really could care less about proving you wrong bro, it's just that a true pen vector in PS gives your image a sharper and more 'vectored' style...instead of using your 'polygon lasso' tool in which makes it look like a cutout filter. You could easily attain your image in about 5 seconds...Filter > cutout > play with levels = bam. Your image.
I know what ur saying but in all seriousness, put this pic in photoshop and put a cutout filter on it and tell me what it looks like, u cant get this from a cutout filter trust me.
