Please comment on how to make it better

Learn to get a smoother curve espcially on something like a wheel or like the front of the hood. Did you use the pen tool?

ya it was the first time using that too.

Tip: Vectorizing is using Vector Graphics, if you're not using Vector Graphics you're not vectorizing. It looks like you were using just a paintbrush here, call it 'digital illustrating' or something, because a vector is a type of graphic that uses measurements instead of pixels.
