Did you take all of these in a parking lot? If you were out on the road it'd be much easier to get a sharp shot if you have another person driving and you match the speed of the car you're photographing. Also, the faster you go, the faster the shutter speed you can use and therefore the easier it is to get the subject sharp but the BG blurred.
