k here goes, not too bad, im not expert but work on makin the body position less awkward, make it look more natural, like put the arms and legs in how they would actually be not what u think they should be, make sure uve got the perspective down, little things kill ya, dont just put random parts of shading to make folds in clothes, i do that from time to time too but it looks way better if you actually think about how it would look and finally, dont be scared to draw faces, with skiing all you needs a nose and mouth pretty simple, but yea the one i did of this i pulled out in like half an hour, didnt want this to seem like a roast cuz im not, its not bad, just little things to make it better
