when you grind rails are you supposed to keep your shoulders parallel to the rail? because i see you only move your hips and legs and keep the upper body and head looking forward/
You are supposed to look at the end of the rail, this was 2 seasons ago when I first go into rails so steeze was not quite on point. Check out my edit from this year and you will see depending on how your hitting it, if your spinning out, etc, you will set your shoulders how you need to in order to lock in and stomp.
awesome! btw it was my first season skiing park last year. got into trying rails, really comfortable on boxes. tried some 360s but they never worked out XD. was really timid the past season so im gonna go into the second with determination to get better.
