for scanning the slide, the best thing is to have the slide scanner... but what you can try is to scan the pic without the top down so there's light behind the slide when scanning. Make sure it's solid light though or the scan will look all weird.
yeah ... the slide scanner at my school takes ages ... so i just tried to hit it up on my scanner ...yeah i left the top up and did some funky adjustments ... thats why you can see all the dust and stuff but still kinda cool
