i've scoped the gap from my roof. wouldn't work, too much distance and there are wires in the way. the prime way is off their 3rd floor roof, it just makes more sense and is most prime.
when i was in australia, i jumped a third story balcony into a pool only chest deep, no problem, didn't even touch bottom. other guys, not so lucky.
