Try and keep the handle lower, towards the hips, in the stomach region, and move it to the inside of the turn. if you are turning left, move it to the lower left of your body. The difference in tension on the outside shoulder will help bring you around the turn. When you go for the one hand turns, it won't matter but the handle will as high and/or as inside as you get it depending on how laid out you make the turn. good pics
