ya it would be hard at the elbow but once you get pass that you got better chances of finishing the rail

ill make a suggestion.... well the metal looks very slow... ive donw this a few times it may sound stupid but dry it.... get some shampoo or dish deturgent and wax the metal with that stuff it makes it faster... then mayb you could do it a lil better
