we shot it on the tripod and made sure not to move it at all while shooting, this is important. basicly, during the shot we make sure that all of the "coles" are not over lapping in the Frame. when in FCP you crop each shot so there are no seams in the frame and it looks complete. in the timeline theres 7 shots stacked on top of eachother.
