that sucks......i really don't think there is anyting u can do in ur situation, cuz these stupid fucking people won't know anything about the sport and how it's done.......but if u are really telling the truth that the cop said it was fine and went on his merrry little way, not giving u any warnings or anything, then u could argue that. cuz its his responsobility to warn u that u can't do that, and try and make u stop....if he told u to stop, and u kept doin it, ud be skrewed...but as i see it, he didn't. u obviously werent given any rights or anything, he just took advantage of younger people which is fugged up, but shit happens......hope i helped, good luck in court..
we all went to court and the only thing that ended up happening was we had to pay a $100.00 fine. it's still bullshit, but better than one of our buddies losing his license.
