It's not really a key word because a 'professional' doesn't have any sort of license to go out and do what they do. If this was a matter of being licensed to have someone pulled behind your car then it'd be different. It was merely a matter to show that these aren't reckless kids and that this kind of activity can be found semi-regularly under certain circumstances among skiers who know what they're doing.
