Nope he wasn't using poles, he normally does when he skis but he decided not to since it was a tow in. A pretty good chance you could spear yourself at 40 mph, that would put you through some pain.
Those aren't rocks, the darkspots you see is grass that showed through the snow from getting skied off.
did you go for a grab? this computer is too slow to catch it. it looks like you crossed it, but you didn't use poles so I don't have any guide. where is this?
